Starting from cartoon characters helps, especially if they’re not humans and.. rounder

The protagonist of Kung Fu panda is hilarious and make for a nice subject. Plus, it’s a perfect theme for my trip to Beijing.

I had no idea on how to make it darker and non-shiny. Will need to improve here.
